Jelani Park is a row of charming houses developed by the Community Housing Development Corporation of North Richmond. The goal of this project was to build affordable housing for low and moderate income families purchasing their first homes, as well as to beautify and improve the Richmond community. Rubicon’s role was to install the landscapes for these new houses.
